Prayer groups are a great way for groups to care and support each other, and make a difference. As Jesus said: "if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven. For where two or three come together in my name, there am I with them." (Matthew 18:20, NIV)
Cell groups, Bible study groups and support groups can use IBIP to share prayer points and provide updates. You can also form special purpose prayer groups to 'change the world' or your local community.
Example IBIP prayer group screens shown below.
Prayer groups can be set up and used by (free) personal account users.
Any personal account user can start a prayer group. Create the group, give it a name and short description, and optionally upload a suitable group image.
IBIP allows you to send invites via WhatsApp, Telegram or Email. Anyone who accepts will join the prayer group. (Note: All members will of course need to create an account)
All group members can share prayer points, provide updates, notify of answered prayers, and close prayers when suitable.
Please help us make the FAQ more relevant.
New questions can be sent via the 'contact us' page.
There is no limit. However, for practical purposes you may want to limit the number.
A personal account is needed to set up or be part of a prayer group. Any member of a prayer group can share points with all the other members. With a ministry account, only the ministry account can create prayer points. None of the ministry supporters can create prayer points.
People may need to leave prayer groups for various reasons. The member can remove themselves. The group administrator (the user who created the group) can also remove a member.
Start by creating a free personal prayer account.
Additional uses of IBIP for personal prayer:
